Installation in Rwanda 2024

This year we are busy preparing and delivering a large biomass (peat) plant that the German company Keller GMBH commissioned us in several stages for its customer Ruliba Bricks in Rwanda.

The excellent long-term relationship with the world’s leading German company in our industry has enabled Bernini to build a major biomass firing plant in a state-of-the-art factory in Rwanda.

After the successful delivery of a test machine, we started production of 8 biomass burners mod. SDB controlled by a PLC-equipped switchboard Subsequently, in August 2023 we supplied all the equipment for fuel preparation, such as the extraction belt, dryer, magnet, grinding unit, and at the end of February this year we will be ready with the rest of the supply, which includes two chain feed systems, augers for connecting and transporting the material, sieve shaker, cyclones and a battery of 6 mills for grinding biomass.
