GCS Combustion Systems

The GCS group for solid fuels is a simple and rational system, both for Hoffmann and Tunnel kilns, born from the increasing need for saving in conduction of the kiln and combustion efficiency.



Characteristics:

  • Compact overall dimensions, all parts are in special materials to avoid wear and tear
  • Hopper with level control
  • Equipped of fan with speed control and injection pressure
  • Electronic touch screen panel board with electronic thermo regulator
  • A special electronic switchboard and thermocouple allow thermal setting
  • Fuel feeding system proportioned to the set up temperature
  • Injection orifices with manual flow regulation
  • The model GCS is complete with grinding group which includes: hammers, hammer disk, diffuser and rack
  • Electric consumption proportioned to the real fuel consumption

Technical characteristics:

Fuel proportional regulation with maximum power per fire point 100,000 kcal/h

Electricity consumption proportional to the maximum electric power installed in the group 5 kw

Capacity and air pressure proportional to maximum combustion air per fire point 180Nm3/h
