Burner model BGI

The group BGI impulse burners for gas and LPG was developed because of the increasing need to save in the conduction of the kiln and increase efficiency of combustion.

Main features:

• Compact overall dimensions, the group is composed by manifolds and centrifugal ventilator
• Gas pressure and security control system
• Centrifugal fan with flow control and pressure injection
• A special electronic switchboard and thermocouple allow thermal setting
• The electronic box allows different operations:
• Variation of maximum flame impulses up to 50 impulses/min
• Variation of minimum flame impulses
• Variations of output time for each single burner from 0.1 to 1.5 sec
• Security temperature for burner’s working
• Fuel feeding system proportioned to the set up temperature
• Electric consumption proportioned to the real fuel consumption
• Support cup with lance inclination regulation
• Injection orifices with manual flow regulation

Technical characteristics:

• Maximum capacity for each fire point: 100.000kcal/h
• Proportional electric consumption
• Air capacity and pressure are proportioned to the maximum combustion air for each fire point 150 Nm³/h

The entire firing system is completed with totally independent groups.
