Mod. BIR fuel oil impulse burner

The group BIR for heavy oil is a simple and rational system both for Hoffmann and Tunnel kilns developed because of the increasing need to save in the conduction of the kiln and increase efficiency of combustion.

Main features:

• Compact overall dimensions, the group is composed by tank and insulated pipes
• Loading tank with oil temperature and heavy oil pressure regulation
• Filter system with self cleaning filters
• Electric consumption proportioned to the real fuel consumption
• Support cup with lance inclination regulation
• Injection orifices with manual flow regulation

Benefits:

• The pulverisation of the oil with calibrated plate and injection without air allow a very low consumption
• The entire firing system is composed by totally independent groups
• Every fire points is equipped with a flow and pressure regulator that allows to adapt to the pulverisation and the amount of heat to the need in that position of the kiln
• A thermo regulator allows a modulating functioning to have the optimal number of impulse, and thus follow exactly the temperature set
• Electric panel control for each group and centralised panel board
